OP: Elle WIP

At first she was going to be a totally original character for a story or something, but then I got to talking with ~TheZarathos and he brought up the fact that his One Piece character Sibo still needed a girl... So... I changed her a little and tah-dah!~

Name | Elle VanHale
Age | 21
Gender | Female, despite the fact that when she's in proper uniform, she can look like a dude
Height | 5 foot 6 inches
Occupation | Navy General
Weapons of Choice | Her double-sided spear but is also great with any type of gun or blades
Relations | Even though she is part of the navy, she's secretly with a pirate, Sibo
Good Traits | Very easy to get along with, over all a very friendly and loving person, willing to fight, loves children
Bad Traits | Quite strict, not afraid to smack you around a little, can appear cold, very disciplined, will beat the living shit out of you if you cause her fleets to be late or disorganized
Disabilities | Her right eye gives her some problems and often plays tricks on her so she often just tells people she doesn't have a right eye and bandages it. She's not very strong physically. Chronic neck problems and shoulder problems.
Advantages | Very intelligent. Being a general, she has fleets upon fleets of sea ships at her disposal. Her kind yet strict nature has gotten her far.
Basic History | Sent to military school when her family vanished. She quickly sped through the ranks, and was given the position as General VanHale. Now she has worked her ass off enough to be one of the most respected and power navy generals in the world.
